When using our website, we obtain certain information from you. This is your personal data. We only keep and use the personal data provided by you directly, in the context of the service you request, or of which it is clear that they are provided to us to process.
We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement:

• Billing address;
• E-mail address;
• Payment details;
• Date of birth;
• IP address.
With the 'my account' function you can gain access to a management environment where you can set up, specify and change things yourself.
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for the processing of the order. If it is necessary for successful processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.
We may also inform you about our new products and services in addition to the information on our website:

Chat Function and Newsletter
Via our website we offer the possibility to ask questions through a chat function where you are asked to fill in various details so we can deal with your question. You choose which information you provide. The data that you send us will be kept for as long as required for the complete answering and processing of your query.
We offer a newsletter which we use to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link which you can use to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.
We do not publish your customer data.
Our website displays advertisements on Instagram, Facebook, Google and via our affiliate network Daisycon.
Provision to Third Parties
We can pass on your details to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement.
These partners are (also) based outside the EU. We have strict agreements with them to comply with European privacy regulations.
Social media (Facebook / Pinterest) buttons are included on our website. This allows the administrators of these services to possibly collect your data.
Cookies are used on our website. Cookies are also placed via third parties that are enabled by us.

We have made agreements with third parties who place cookies on the use of the cookies and applications. We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website and thereby map the user processes in order to continually improve the website. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google and made agreements about the handling of our data. The usage data is automatically deleted after 26 months. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google Analytics to use the obtained information for other Google services, as a final touch we anonymise the IP addresses.
We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:

• We take physical measures to protect access to the systems on which personal data is stored;
• We use secured connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which protects all information between you and our website when you enter your personal data.
The personal data as described above is retained for as long as necessary to process your order, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be erased unless there is a statutory obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).

Access and Change Your Data
You can also send us a request to view, change or delete this data. You can also submit a request to export the data that we use with your consent or to limit the processing of your personal data by us.
